Do you take reservations?
For lunch and brunch: no. First come, first served, please.

For dinner: yes. Just call 504 522 7222, and we’ll reserve your table.

Also note: EAT is better equipped for small parties. For large groups, please visit our sister restaurant, Vacherie, or call Claire at 504-207-4532.

I see that EAT is BYOB. Is there a corkage fee?
There’s no corkage fee for your first bottle of wine. For the second bottle and beyond, however, there’s a charge of $15 per bottle, per table.

Do you host private parties at EAT?
We’re flattered that you’d think of us for your event, but unfortunately, EAT is a fairly small restaurant. Can we recommend our sister restaurant, Vacherie, just down the street? We have much more room there, including beautiful dining rooms, a charming courtyard, and a sumptuous full bar. Call Claire at 504-207-4532, and she’ll give you all the details.

Is there anything we need to know about lunch/brunch service?
With EAT’s big picture windows and great location, lunch and brunch offer a great opportunity to enjoy our delicious menu and enjoy a lovely view of New Orleans’ historic French Quarter. However, it can get a bit busy, and we don’t take reservations, so please be prepared to wait outside. You must be present to be put on the waiting list, and we only seat complete parties.
